One Ukrainian soldier killed, two wounded in Donbas

One Ukrainian soldier was killed and another two were wounded in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Spokesperson for ATO issues Oleksandr Motuzianyk said this at a press briefing on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Unfortunately, one Ukrainian soldier was killed in enemy attacks. Another two soldiers were wounded near Luhanske. They were taken to hospitals where the necessary medical assistance is provided to them,” he said.
He also added that Russian-backed militants violated the ceasefire 16 times. The Ukrainian Armed Forces returned fire 10 times using weapons that are not prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
