The Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC) has decided to register the issue of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia shares.
Deputy Infrastructure Minister Nadiya Kaznacheyeva wrote this on Facebook - Ukrinform. "The Securities State Commission has registered the issue of PJSC Ukzaliznytsia shares," she said. Ukzaliznytsia Acting Board Chairman, Yevhen Kravtsov, noted that this historic event is launching a new stage of the company's reform. "This is a historic event for our company. Today we are taking the certificate on the issue of Ukrzaliznytsia shares. A new stage of the company's reforms is beginning," Kravtsov said.
