Healthcare reform in Ukraine to be implemented in three stages

The healthcare reform in Ukraine will be implemented in several stages.
Deputy Healthcare Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Kovtoniuk said this on the air of Hromdaske.
"We will implement the reform step by step. We won’t make a big blast. Primary care, then secondary care, then medicines. We will teach and train. Everybody will adapt in three years," he said.
According to Kovtoniuk, it is planned to secure funding for the reform by winter.
The deputy healthcare minister stressed that many amendments to the reform bill submitted by the healthcare parliamentary committee had been taken into account and now the bill is ready to be voted on.
