NewsRSSGroysman calls on parliament to unite to make right decisions
5 of Septeber 2017 г.
The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, should adopt a number of important decisions that will help conduct reforms in the country, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said.
He stated this at the opening of the seventh session of the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports. "I want to call on all of us to unite in order to make concrete decisions. Perhaps today we are closest to making the right decisions that will help the people to get a decent pension, high-quality education, high-quality health care and access to fair justice," Groysman said. He said that the further life of citizens now depended on the authorities, namely the president, the parliament and the government. "Over the three difficult years after the Revolution of Dignity, we have managed to stabilize the situation and have some signs of economic growth, but this is not enough to give Ukrainians a decent living - quality of life, proper wages, opportunities to receive high-quality education and health care. This is our duty," Groysman said. He added that there are of course those who, as always, say that everything will be bad and there is no hope for the better, but, in his opinion, such people should stay on the sidelines of the development of the state. The seventh session of the Verkhovna Rada will last until December 31 this year. другие новости
