The price of state assets has been reduced due to no demand for the mentioned stakes at previous auctions - UNIAN.

In particular, on March 15, the SPF plans to sell at a 60% discount a 97% stake in agricultural company Bilyky (Chernihiv region) with opening price of UAH 1.38 million, as well as a 25% stake in Chernihiv plant of radio equipment with starting bid of UAH 4.67 million through the Ukrainian Stock Exchange.

The SPF also plans to sell at a 50% discount 99.5% of the shares in Kirovohrad plant for manufacturing food products, 48% of the shares in bread-baking plant Zaliznychnyk (Sumy region), 23% of the shares in Industrial Glass Company (Kherson), 99.9% of the shares in Beskid (Zakarpattia region), 99.9% of the shares in Prylyv plant (Zaporizhzhia region), 50% of the shares in Zaporizhzhia Oblplempidpryyemstvo, 99.9% of the shares in scientific and production company Systema (Kharkiv), 99.9% of the shares in Artemivsk machine-building factory Peremoha Pratsi (Donetsk region), and 89.5% of the shares in Bila Tserkva-based plant of rubber-technical products (Kyiv region).

In addition, a 9.6% share stake in Mykolaiv-based Black Sea Shipyard, 25% of the shares in Derazhnia livestock production enterprise (Khmelnytsky region) and 24.9% of the shares in Lutsenko company (Poltava region) are to be sold at a discounted price this week.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the SPF plans to put up for sale 450 state-owned entities this year, including 20 large enterprises, 50 medium-sized companies, and 380 small entities.

The 2016 budget projects proceeds from privatization at UAH 17.1 billion.
