"Ukraine must become the world's agricultural superpower," the ambassador said during an official ceremony to sign an investment agreement worth $100 million on the construction of a grain terminal at the port of Yuzhny.
In his words, farm produce exports from Ukraine in 2015 topped $16 billion.
"Ukraine has more than a quarter of the black soil reserves; Ukrainian exports have already demonstrated a 40% increase. One should not stop with this," he added.
