The exchange took part in the Luhansk region, near Shchastia town at noon today, Oct. 29. The operation has been organized with the participation of the international contact group and the Red Cross, Hromadske reports cited by Censor.NET.
The released Ukrainians include one civilian and eight military, one of whom defended the Donetsk airport. Four of the released prisoners were brought from Donetsk, five from Luhansk.
