Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov said to journalists,Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"Today, Russia can no longer conceal its losses there. This means not only it bombs the Syrian cities with impunity, but is also involved in ground operations," he said.

Moreover, Turchynov said that Russia has launched a propaganda campaign among its militants in the Donbas to engage them in Syrian war.
