Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko said earlier that the appropriate joint decrees had been signed by the Pension Fund and the State Statistics Service long ago. The similar order has recently been signed with the authorities of the State Fiscal Service.
It should be reminded that PM Yatseniuk instructed the Ministry of Finance in mid-October to oblige the State Fiscal Service to join the system of automatic registration of legal entities created by the Ministry of Justice. According to the prime minister, this step will reduce the time required to start a business as well as the interaction between businessmen and government officials.
Oct. 7, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine launched the system of automatic registration of entrepreneurs in the Pension Fund and the State Statistics Service, which provided for automatic online exchange of information between the bodies. In this case, the entrepreneurs will not have to interact directly with any of these agencies while bureaucratic processes will be carried out online.
