According to deputy chief of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug, the mission found parts of anti-tank missiles that had been launched and wounded Ukrainian military, in Kyiv-controlled Troitske yesterday.
The SMM was concerned with the very fact of the shelling, he said at a press conference in Kyiv Thursday, adding that this very shelling is a violation and that the Mission is concerned with the facts of the cease-fire violation.
Hug also called this a violation of the Minsk agreement, regardless of which party used which weapons, he said.
