Russia continues inciting violence in Ukraine, - NATO Secretary General

Russia continues to support militants in eastern Ukraine, thereby inciting violence.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this on Thursday in Vilnius, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Moscow continues inciting violence in Ukraine, providing separatists with personnel, equipments, training," the head of the Alliance said.
He noted that Russia and the terrorists must demonstrate loyalty in compliance with the Minsk agreements not only by words but also by their deeds.
"We welcome the efforts to renew the cease-fire," the NATO Secretary General said.
Stoltenberg assured that the Alliance was closely monitoring the situation and conducted the necessary defensive measures.
