The Rostov Regional Court has ruled that the case of Ukrainian pilot, MP Nadiya Savchenko will be further considered in the Donetsk city court, Rostov region, Russia, Radio Liberty reports.

"There are no sufficient grounds for changing the place of jurisdiction in Savchenko case. The case will be considered in the Donetsk city court," the judge said.

Savchenko's lawyers have already commented on to this decision. Ilya Novikov tweeted he had expected such decision, but he was happy the defense had one more month of time and had already prepared the expert reviews. In turn, Mark Feygin predicts: "Nothing new. Savchenko case will be considered in Donetsk. She will be convicted and then the exchange game will start."
