"Very interesting news in the investigation of the MH17 Boeing crash was voiced at a meeting of international experts at the Dutch Safety Board. Russia has de facto recognized that it was going to attack all airliners in the Donbas with Buk anti-aircraft missile systems.
"It turned out that the Russian Federation officially declared that it would be dangerous flying over the Donbas effective July 14 [2014 - ed.] midnight, and determined that the safe altitude of flights over the Donbas was above 13,000 meters on the eve of Boeing downing! Censor.NET sources close to the investigation in the Netherlands told.
"This is above the civil aircrafts' altitude ceiling. Thus, the Russian authorities knew that they would shoot down planes starting from July 14. But the Kremlin authorities have not notified the Ukrainian government. They tried to establish an alibi planning terrorist attacks against civil and military aircrafts and it was officially recorded. Thus, the Kremlin authorities knew that they would destroy aircrafts on July 14," Butusov wrote.
