This was announced by the official representative of the OSCE SMM Michael Bociurkiw, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
The mission has encountered eight different people since early May, four of whom claimed they were somehow related to the Russian armed forces or wore Russian military insignia, Bociurkiw said.
He reminded that first evidence of militants related to the Russian army was recorded in May. Then, during a conversation with women in camouflage near Donetsk, observers were approached by two men in uniform stating they were Russian military.
This fact was also confirmed to the OSCE by the two GRU operatives captured in the Luhansk region and being held in Kyiv at the moment.
Bociurkiw stressed that OSCE reports only what they personally see or hear, without speculations, adding the mission could not verify credibility of these statements by Russian military.Source:http://en.censor.net.ua/n346889FM-TV
