Constitutional Court approves decentralization of Ukraine

The Constitutional Court has approved the law on amendments to the Constitution in terms of decentralization.
Judge of the Constitutional Court Mykhailo Hultai make public the relevant conclusion, Ukrinform reports.
"The draft law meets the requirements of Article 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine," the judge said.
According to him, according to Article 157 of the Basic Law of Ukraine, the Constitution cannot be amended in conditions of war or emergency situations.
