Unique Т-80 tanks go to Ukrainian Army

Ukrainian military received modernized T-80 tanks from Kharkiv tank plant, according to Ukroboronprom press service.
Repair and modernization of the unique tanks ordered by Ukraine’s Defense Ministry.Ukrainian military received modernized T-80 tanks from Kharkiv tank plant, according to Ukroboronprom press service.
Military engineers have equipped the tanks with Contact-type dynamic defense system to provide resistance from a wide range of anti-tank weapons. Hulls and turrets were also modernized.
Tank crews have already arrived in Kharkiv to start testing the new equipment. The tanks are soon to be deployed in the ATO area.
