Leaders of EU and China to discuss Ukraine's issue at summit

Leaders of the EU and China will discuss the developments in neighboring regions, including Ukraine.
This issue is included in the agenda of regional and foreign policy of the 17th EU-China summit, which will take place in Brussels on June 29, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The agenda will include issues on recent developments in the neighboring regions of the EU and China. Two parties are expected to note the importance of a dialogue, compliance with international law and implementation of mechanisms to respond the crisis situation for the sake of peace, security and prosperity. The foreign policy issues are likely to be focused on situation in Ukraine, Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and the Korean peninsula," the EU Council document says.
At the same time, the summit agenda includes discussion of the economic situation at the level of the EU and China, as well as bilateral relations, global common challenges and responses to international and regional issues.
