Russian-terrorist forces could resume onslaught on positions of the Ukrainian army in the near future.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said this in an interview with the Polish Press Agency (PAP), Ukrinform reports.
"Russia and the separatists may soon launch new attacks in Ukraine. This raises a concern. I want to stress that compliance with the cease-fire is crucial for all parties, and any attempt to expand the territory, controlled by the separatists, would be unacceptable to the international community," Stoltenberg said.
According to him, full implementation of the Minsk agreements is "the only way to peace."
"It is important that all parties adhere to the cease-fire regime and full implementation of the Minsk agreements. Russia bears a special responsibility regarding the cease-fire [by militants]," NATO Secretary General noted.
