Ukraine’s SBU state security service has opened criminal proceedings against two of ounterintelligence officers for high treason and desertion, Chairman of Ukraine’s SBU security service Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said on Tuesday.

"We will refute any criminal evidence or interview they provided, as people who have betrayed the Ukrainian people, and the punishment for them will be unavoidable," Nalyvaichenko said.
