The European Commission has stated that date of the EU-Ukraine-Russia tripartite talks at the political level is not determined yet, but notes the progress of technical consultations.
This has been announced by spokesperson for the European Commission Anna-Kaisa Itkonen on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports from Brussels.
"The exact date of the political tripartite negotiations has not been determined yet. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible," she said.
The spokesperson recalled that the tripartite technical meeting was held in Brussels yesterday, at which the parties discussed pricing for Russian gas, volumes of its supplies, as well financial support for Ukraine.
"Progress has been achieved," Itkonen noted.
