Two columns of another "Putin's humanitarian convoy" have crossed Ukraine's border, one of them is heading for Donetsk, the second - for Luhansk. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the National Center for Emergency Situations Management at Russia's Emergencies Ministry. "120 trucks of humanitarian convoy are carrying more than 1,400 tonnes of humanitarian aid, including food, daily necessities, educational materials for students and pupils, as well as building materials," the representatives of the Russian Emergency Ministry said. According to the statement, all customs and border procedures at two checkpoints were carried out in the presence of the representatives of the customs and border services of Ukraine, as well as of the OSCE SMM observers. As reported, none of the convoys have crossed into Ukraine with the permission of the government in Kyiv, and their loads have never been fully inspected by Ukrainian officials or by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
