The negotiations of the Normandy Four group of foreign ministers in Berlin were far from easy - the parties failed to reach agreement on all issues, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"I assess these talks as expectedly arduous ones. We have been able to agree on a number of issues and will continue the discussion of several others," he said.
Speaking about the assumed date of the next meeting of the Normandy Four group of foreign ministers Klimkin said:" We have not agreed on a specific date. We will as always agree on it in the ordinary course through the diplomatic channels."
"I believe that such meetings are useful when there is a subject and reason to hold talks at the ministerial level," the minister said when asked whether he believed that such a meeting is needed soon.
