The situation in eastern Ukraine remains tense. Despite the declared ceasefire, Russian-backed terrorists continue to fire at Ukrainian army positions and settlements in Donbas.
The map reflecting the situation in Donbas as of 12.00 on April 14 has been released by the information and analytical center of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, Ukrinform reports.
Six Ukrainian servicemen were killed, another 12 were wounded in the ATO area over past 24 hours.
This has been announced by ATO spokesman Colonel Andriy Lysenko at a press briefing on Tuesday.
"Six Ukrainian soldiers were killed, another twelve wounded as a result of active acts of provocation over the past twenty-four hours," he said.
