290 deputies supported the law, Censor.NET reports.
The law envisages that the operator of the gas transportation system is a licensed business entity that delivers natural gas for the third parties through the gas transportation system. At the same time, the MP supported the 13th Amendment (277 deputies have voted in its support), which obliges the regional gas companies to pay for the use of gas distribution networks.
It should be reminded that about two-thirds of regional gas companies are owned by oligarch Dmytro Firtash.
The members of the coalition called the appeal to support the amendment another step in the fight against the oligarchs. It should be noted that the adoption of this law is one of the conditions for granting Ukraine 17.5 billion dollar loan.
"By a strange coincidence, the regional gas companies, belonging to Firtash and Liovochkin, use all state owned gas distribution networks free of charge. The government demands the adoption of legislation that will provide for the use of such networks solely on a fee basis," Yatseniuk said.
