Lawyers to appeal against refusal to recognize Savchenko's PACE delegate immunity

The lawyers of Ukrainian pilot, MP and delegate of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Nadiya Savchenko have lodged a new complaint in the Basmanny district court of Moscow against refusal of the Investigative Committee to recognize the immunity of Savchenko as the PACE delegate.
Lawyer Nikolai Polozov has announced this on his Twitter page, Ukrinform reports.
"Defense of Savchenko lodged a complaint in the Basmanny court against refusal to recognize immunity of PACE delegate. We look forward to the appointment of the date of hearing," Polozov posted.
