ATO spokesman: The enemy has its own views for prisoner exchange

Militants disrupt the process of prisoner exchange, but the Ukrainian party will make every effort to release all servicemen.
ATO spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said this at a briefing on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Unfortunately, the enemy has its own views for prisoner exchange, and there are many cases when exchanges have been disrupted due to a fault of the hostile party," Lysenko complains.
At the same time, he stressed that the Ukrainian party "does not leave attempts to bring our servicemen home."
Lysenko added that talks on transfer of dead bodies are being conducted "the talks are conducted, but they are non-systemic, unfortunately."
