This is evidenced by the film on the investigation, which was shown at a press conference in Kyiv by the Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin and SBU Chairman Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, lb.ua reports.
It notes that the Buk missile system was transported through Ukraine being loaded onto a Volvo trailer, seized by the militants from one of the Donetsk enterprises.
The trailer was spotted near the town of Severnyi at night of July 17, and then it went to Donetsk by the route which is not yet established. The investigative team has a record of the telephone conversation between the two militants, which suggests that the Buk with the crew was already in Donetsk at 9 a.m.
It was later taken to Snizhne through Makiivka, Zuhres, and Thorez. The Buk was seen in Snizhne in the middle of the day July 17 being already removed from the trailer and moving on its own.

The Volvo trailer carrying Buk was seen in Luhansk moving towards Krasnodon just on July 18 at 5 a.m. According to another intercepted telephone conversation being at the investigation team's disposal, SAM system has left the territory of Ukraine and crossed the border with Russia July 18 at 8 a.m.
It should be reminded that the Malaysian Airlines Boeing heading from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed July 17, 2014 in the Donetsk region. Western countries and Ukraine believe that the plane was shot down by the pro-Russian separatists.
