The minister wrote: "The Police took Ukrtransnafta premises under protection. The conflict between managers and deputies is settled and will be solved in the legal environment."
It should be reminded that dismissed Chairman of the Board of Ukrtransnafta Oleksandr Lazorko barricaded himself in the building of the company and did not allow new head of this state enterprise Yurii Miroshnyk to get into the office.
Lazorko's dismissal was initiated a few days ago by the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Volodymyr Demchyshyn. The reason for the decision was the alleged daily embezzlement of 2.5 million hryvnia for storage of crude oil at the facilities of the "Privat group". Supervisory Board of Ukrtransnafta ousted Oleksandr Lazorko from his duties of Chairman of the Board in the morning of March 19.
