"The situation in the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" is currently characterized by an over-saturation of weapons and manpower of the bandits-militants and Russian soldiers and their supervisors. The truce that is systematically violated by the occupiers and traitors is used both for military buildup, as well as for committing provocations ... A provoked situation is to become a starting point for the restoration of unilateral hostilities by the separatists," he said.
According to him, a special operation Ant-hill aimed at violating the Minsk agreements is to be carried out in Donetsk on Friday, 20 March: "This is stated, in particular, by SBU sources in the leadership of the so-called "DPR"..
"A number of sabotages is prepared to take place in Donetsk and Luhansk. The events are to be immediately picked up by Russian and separatist propaganda media and blamed on the Ukrainian authorities. According to the plan of the Russian security services, the next step should be destabilization of the situation in several major East Ukrainian cities," Lubkivskyi wrote.
He also noted that the SBU has comprehensive information regarding the situation in the temporarily occupied territories and clearly sees that the militants cannot and do not want to live in peace: "This strategy also aims to overshadow the extremely difficult social, political and economic situation in the region, which causes fair discontent of the people. This is evidenced by the stories of our compatriots, including sources in the separatist circles, regarding a very high level of corruption in the so-called "LPR".
"Those close to leader of the so-called "LPR" Plotnitskiy, who is trying to single-handedly manage and control all the processes, are common criminals who head money-laundering schemes, illegal takeovers and looting (Shubin - the so-called minister of justice), "work with currencies, gold, monitoring traffic flows" (Penner), are engaged in brainwashing by Russian-separatist shit (Melnik) and others," the adviser to the head of the SBU stated.
In addition, Lubkivskyi noted that the SBU opened criminal proceedings and will act according to the principle of inevitability of punishment in regard to all these "heroes" who are citizens of Ukraine.
