According to the report, the PGO announced suspicions of committing crimes under pt. 2 Art. 364 and pt. 2, Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to former MPs, members of the counting commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Demidko, Pinchuk, Skubashevskyy, Sukhyi, and Zubchevsky. The notification has been made in the course of investigation of the organization and conducting the voting for bills of January 16, 2014 aimed at the suppression of peaceful protests.
Due to the fact that these persons do not present themselves to the pre-trial investigation unit, on March 12 they were placed on the wanted list. If the former deputies do not come to the investigator, the PGO will seek a court's permission for their detention and forced delivery to the court for further detention, the report says.
