This is stated by Dmytro Tymchuk on his Facebook page citing the operational data of the Information Resistance, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, the command of the Russian-terrorist troops managed to create a unified command structure of the so-called "Army of Novorossia" as of March 10.
"Despite the fact that the occupied territories are divided into 'DPR' and 'LPR,' their military forces have been rebuilt and have a clear structure, including operational and administrative management; they are being built and they operate on a single plan and a single concept. Essentially, during the "truce" the Russian military leadership of reformatted 'LPR' and 'DPR' gangs and formations of Russian mercenaries redeployed to the Donbas into a quite efficient army under single command," Tymchuk wrote.
He also noted that directly "at the front" they pursue activities aimed at improving the combat capability of the Russian-terrorist forces, including roundout with military equipment, armament, and personnel.
In addition, comprehensive training and accumulation of material and technical resources are being conducted.
"Over the last week, 30 to 80 pieces of equipment and vehicles have been spotted each day - moving from site to site and from the territory of the Russian Federation into the occupied territory of the Donbas," Tymchuk added.
