As many as 19,097 people in Ukraine were vaccinated against COVID-19 yesterday, April 1, Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov wrote on Facebook - Ukrinform.
In total, 267,833 people in Ukraine have been vaccinated since the start of vaccination campaign. In particular, people vaccinated with first dose – 267,831, fully vaccinated people (received 2 doses) - 2. According to Stepanov, 147 mobile vaccination teams and 791 stationary vaccination points operated across the country to conduct vaccination. On April 1, the highest vaccination rate was recorded in Kyiv city –1,710 injections per day, in Cherkasy region – 1,440, Dnipropetrovsk region – 1,340, Lviv region – 1,160. The lowest vaccination rate was recorded in Chernihiv region – 260. As reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine launched the coronavirus vaccination campaign on February 24, 2021.
