NewsRSSUkraine will be able to introduce ‘vaccine passports’ quickly
19 of March 2021 г.
Ukraine will quickly introduce the necessary vaccine passports in accordance with the requirements to be adopted in the EU, USA, etc.
"Depending on a format of documents to be proposed in terms of certification of COVID-19 vaccination, Ukraine is ready for any scenario… Ukraine is ready to implement any option of a document very quickly," Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told Ukrainian journalists in Berlin, an Ukrinform correspondent reports. Whether it is a QR code or a paper format, it will cause no problems as Ukrainian experts are ready to produce such documents in any form, the official said. Shmyhal reminded that a decision had not yet been made as to how "vaccine passports" will look like, but there are internationally recognized vaccination certificates and Ukraine can issue them. "The current state register of vaccinated persons provides for the automatic print of such an international document. Anyone who has been vaccinated can get such a certificate signed by a doctor even today," the Prime Minister said. He assured that Ukraine had concluded agreements and imported "only those vaccines that are recognized in the world, that are high-quality, safe and confirmed in the world." After having two coronavirus jabs, Ukrainian will be free to travel, Shmyhal stressed. FM-TV ВСЕ НОВОСТИ ПО-РУССКИ ЗДЕСЬ другие новости
