NewsRSSNSDC approves strategy for de-occupation of Crimea
12 of March 2021 г.
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) approved a strategy for de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's press service has reported.
"At the NSDC meeting, we approved a strategy for de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea. A historical document that should have been back in 2014," the ministry posted on Facebook on March 11, citing Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. According to the minister, the de-occupation strategy is one of the three pillars of Crimea's return. The pillars also include consolidation (uniting the efforts of all partners on the basis of the Crimean Platform) and synergy (restoration of international law and, as a result, Ukraine’s full sovereignty over the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol). Kuleba noted that the approval of the de-occupation strategy is a clear signal that Ukraine not only calls on the world to help return Crimea but is seriously and systematically engaged in this on the initiative of the president. In turn, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that the strategy for de-occupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol will be an open document and will soon be available for review. The strategy will also be translated into English and will be provided to international partners. FM-TV ВСЕ НОВОСТИ ПО-РУССКИ ЗДЕСЬ другие новости
