Ukraine takes a tough stance in negotiations with Iran over the downing of a Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) passenger jet near Tehran and will not allow it to escape the responsibility, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said - Ukrinform.
“Iran is a tough negotiator, as well as Ukraine. We will not allow Iran to buy off and avoid justice in this matter. If we were not a tough negotiator, Iran could have already achieved something.
