"The dialogue [with Russia] is taking place one way or another - within the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group and communication at the level of advisers. This dialogue will definitely be continued, because if there are no such formats of communication, the further progress is unlikely," Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov said at a briefing on Wednesday when asked whether Ukraine-Russia dialogue is at a deadlock.
He added that negotiations with Russia comprise both the Minsk agreements and participation in other formats, including the Normandy format, so "they will continue one way or another."
As reported, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said at the Chatham House, UK’s Royal Institute of International Affairs, that negotiations on holding a Normandy format meeting continues and a video conference meeting of political advisers may take place next week.
