“We see our responsibility in accelerating the process of fulfilling NATO membership criteria by speeding up domestic reforms. Ukraine is strong and has all the prerequisites to become successful,” the PM said during a virtual round table entitled "Ukrainian Reforms: What's Next?" organized by the Chatham House, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
He praised the fact that the North Atlantic Council recognized Ukraine as an Enhanced Opportunities Partner. “For us, this is a very practical tool for deepening our cooperation with the Allies both in the framework of joint exercises and the exchange of information,” the head of government added.
As reported, on June 12, the North Atlantic Council recognized Ukraine as an Enhanced Opportunities Partner. This status is part of NATO’s Partnership Interoperability Initiative, which aims to maintain and deepen cooperation between Allies and partners that have made significant contributions to NATO-led operations and missions.
