The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine recorded 100 explosions in Donetsk region and five ceasefire violations in Luhansk region on Sunday, September 22.
The OSCE SMM informed this in a report, based on information received as of 19:30, September 22, 2019. "In Donetsk region, between the evenings of 21 and 22 September, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations, including fewer explosions (about 100), compared with the previous 24 hours," the report says. Around 28 per cent were recorded in areas south and south-south-east of Pyshchevyk (government-controlled, 84km south of Donetsk), around 25 per cent were recorded east and east-south-east of Svitlodarsk (government-controlled, 57km northeast of Donetsk), around 17 per cent recorded north-west of Horlivka (non-government-controlled, 39km north-east of Donetsk) including 29 explosions, and around nine per cent recorded north-west and west-north-west of Debaltseve (non-government-controlled, 58km north-east of Donetsk) with the largest number of explosions (39). "In Luhansk region, between the evenings of 21 and 22 September, the SMM recorded five ceasefire violations including, however, no explosions, compared with the previous 24 hours," the report notes. All ceasefire violations were recorded by the SMM camera in Kriakivka (government-controlled, 38km north-west of Luhansk) in a south-south-westerly direction. другие новости
