The new government will be formed on the first or second day after the Verkhovna Rada of the new convocation starts to work.
"The new Cabinet will be formed on the first or second day of the work of the new parliament. I am sure of this," Presidential representative in the Cabinet of Ministers Andriy Gerus said on the air of 1+1 TV channel, an Ukrinform correspondent reports. According to him, the new parliament will begin to work in early September and not much time will be spent on formation of a coalition. “Everything will happen very quickly. Now is August. All the agreements, which someone wants to make, can be reached quickly,” said the representative of the President in the government. On July 22, leader of the Servant of the People party Dmytro Razumkov said that the team of President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Servant of the People party, which garnered most of the votes in parliamentary elections, do not have specific candidates for each position in the government but possible options and candidates are being discussed.
