Ukrainian MP Logvynskyi elected Vice-Chairperson of PACE Committee on Legal Affairs

Ukrainian lawmaker from the “People's Front” faction Georgii Logvynskyi was elected as the Vice-Chairperson of PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
"The PACE Committee on Legal Affairs elected me as its Vice-Chairperson. It is a great honor to represent Ukraine at such a high position. I want to thank the friends, who support me all the time. 47 countries of the Council of Europe are a large community, and I will try to protect the interests of Ukraine and human rights with honor," Logvynskyi posted on Facebook.
On January 23, 2017, on the day of opening of the PACE winter session, Georgii Logvynskyi was elected as the Vice-Chairperson of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He held the highest ever office in the international parliamentary arena in the history of Ukraine in 2017-2018.
