The Committee on the Civil Dimension of Security (CDS) of NATO unanimously condemned Russia's construction of the Kerch Bridge.
Head of the Permanent Parliamentary Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Iryna Friz, wrote this on her Facebook page. In a resolution at the 64th session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, which took place in Canada, the Ukrainian delegation introduced and took into account a new paragraph condemning the construction of the Kerch Bridge. “Condemning the illegal construction of the Kerch Bridge by Russia, as well as Russia's policy regarding the selective denial of access and the unreasonable blockade of Ukrainian and international ships in the Sea of Azov, we are deeply concerned about new threats to security, economy and environment in the region,” the resolution reads.
