“The property sale will be conducted through electronic trading, which will be carried out in line with the standards, criteria and technology of the ProZorro public e-procurement system. For this, a public electronic trading system will be created and implemented with transparent, non-discriminatory and standard rules for all and simplified access,” reads the report.
According to Ukroboronprom, the concern has held an open tender to select an electronic trading platform for procurement to replace various sites that are currently used in enterprises. The new system should cover all sales of Ukroboronprom assets, as well as commercial, non-commercial and ore-threshold procurement and have automated control mechanisms, procurement planning, etc.
