Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said he expects that the Verkhovna Rada will consider the draft law on the 2019 national budget at first reading this plenary week - Ukrinform.
In a post on his Facebook page, he wrote: “This week we are waiting for budget conclusions and the first reading of the draft state budget for 2019. MPs have already filed more than 2,000 proposals. But our common task is to adopt a balanced and realistic budget that will finance the priority areas.” The prime minister added that important bill No. 8265 from the top 35 economic initiatives will be also considered by MPs this plenary week. According to the Economic Development Ministry, this bill will bring about 250,000 government purchases out of the shadows, which means more transparent business conditions and public funds savings.
