Omelyan announces two maritime and rail projects in Ukraine

Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan has announced two major projects in the maritime and railway industry that will be implemented with the assistance of foreign investors.
The minister wrote this on his Facebook page.
"We discussed with the British and American business two large projects in the maritime and railway industry that will change Ukraine. It will be interesting!" wrote Omelyan.
He added that the goals of the Infrastructure Ministry for 2018-2019 are the approval of the law on concessions, the start of the concession of seaports and airports, the liberalization of the rail transport market and the creation of real competition in the freight and passenger transport sector.
