Russian-backed militants launched 36 attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas in last day - Ukrinform.
“Russian-occupation forces used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to fire on the defenders of Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk), Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Malynove (19km north-east of Luhansk), Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), Troitske (69km west of Luhansk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk), Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol),” the JFO Headquarters press center reports. In addition, Ukrainian positions near Krymske, Novoluhanske, Lebedynske and Shyrokyne came under 82mm mortar fire. No casualties among Ukrainian soldiers were reported in last day. Today, militants have already opened fire twice on Ukrainian troops near Krymske and Shyrokyne. Heavy weapons were not used.
