The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine reported this with reference to Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade – Trade Representative of Ukraine Natalia Mykolska.
"We have great potential for increasing bilateral trade and exporting our goods and services to the Israeli market. Only for the first five months of this year, the export of Ukrainian goods to Israel amounted to $297.3 million – it grew by $15.9 million compared to the same period in 2017. As for the sector of information and communication technologies, which is represented by 5 IT companies in this trade mission [to Israel], together with business we are developing a sector strategy," Mykolska said.
On July 23, the Ukrainian business and government delegation chaired by First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv arrived in Israel to attend a trade mission. Ukrainian furniture and IT companies, which take part in the trade mission in Israel, will hold over 70 B2B meetings with representatives of Israeli business circles.
