Groysman said this at a joint briefing with Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy at the parliament, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"I, as the Prime Minister of Ukraine, have made a decision: if such an independent court is not created, I will step down from office of the Prime Minister of Ukraine," Groysman said.
According to him, the fight against corruption cannot be successful without the creation of an anti-corruption court. "Today, the key task is the opportunity for creating such a court for Ukrainians: the renewal of trust inside the country is the international trust as well. I am deeply convinced that this issue is crucial," the Head of Government added.
