"About 200,000 children live along the line of demarcation in Donbas, 15,000 live in the 5-km zone of the contact line. Each of them is at risk every day and deserves to feel safe. I call on world community to urge Russia to stop war that took more than 240 children’s lives in Ukraine," Klimkin wrote on Twitter.
He also informed that he together with German Federal Foreign Minister Heiko Maas had already arrived in Mariupol, where they would meet with OSCE observers, local population and go to the line of demarcation.
