Eight killed, 18 injured in road accident in Kryvy Rih

Eight people were killed and 18 more were injured in a collision between a bus, a passenger van and a car in Kryvy Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, on Tuesday, April 17, the press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine has reported.
According to the report, an Ikarus bus, a Mercedes Sprinter passenger van and a Mazda car collided at the intersection of Metalurhiv Avenue and Heroiv ATO Street in Kryvy Rih at 05:55 on Tuesday.
According to Dnipropetrovsk regional police, four out of 18 people injured in the crash are in serious condition.
The police opened criminal proceedings under Part 3, Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
