As reported by a parliamentary correspondent for Censor.NET, the bill defines governance arrangements in the national security and defense sector; brings to normal the structure and composition of the security and defense sector as well as the system of governance, coordination and interaction of its bodies; introduces an integrated approach to planning in the national security and defense sector in order to ensure sustainable and effective civilian, democratic control over bodies and agencies of the security and defense sector.
